What we collect

If you send the email form, we receive the address you typed and the short note that asks us to contact you. Customer service messages also include your name and message.

A cookie remembers whether you accepted or declined the visit notice. It is not used to sign in to a bank account.

What we do not collect

Login pages on this site ask for an email only. They do not ask for your Heritage Bank password, account number, or Social Security number.

The bank's own privacy

Account privacy is handled by Heritage Bank on the official home page. Questions can also go to customer service.
